Eligibility Criteria to Apply Under SPP Canada
Students aiming to study in Canada does not need to apply for SPP Canada separately, but can directly apply to a participating college and if their application meets the criteria, they may be considered under the program. Students must submit their applications at least three months before the commencement of the academic course. Students are also required to pass a medical exam. Furthermore, they are also able to demonstrate that their intentions of returning to home after the completion of the studies are clear.

Work Eligibility in Canada under SPP
Work visa is open to all international students those have effectively graduated from recognized college or university in Canada whether under SPP colleges or non SPP colleges. As per the current Canadian work visa regulations, students who have course duration of two years are eligible to get a post study work permit for 3 years duration. However, students whose course duration is of one year or less are eligible for work permit equal to the duration of the course they are enrolled in.
