Description:

This course is for graduates who:

  1. Have a forestry degree or related qualification and want to boost and retrain.
  2. Have another degree and are looking for some disclosure to forestry.
  3. Are from nations where the forestry degree is less significant than in New Zealand.

The Course is made up of eight courses (a minimum of 120 points). These can be selected from the Master of Forestry Science schedule, and involves a forestry management or a silviculture course.

Further Study Options:

The diploma can be used as a way to the Master of Forestry Science with suitable grades. UC also offers a PhD in Forestry.

Eligibility criteria

Academic eligibility:

Candidate must have a Bachelor degree in science or agriculture.

English language proficiency score:

  1. IELTS score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0
  2. TOEFL Score of 90 is required with 19 in writing
  3. PTE required score is 64
