Query I have got my education loan and the guarantor is third party. Is it acceptable as per the NZ student visa policy?
As per immigration New Zealand applicant who is a citizen of India and would like to apply for NZ study visa and has got education loan then the guarantee in your education loan must be also an acceptable sponsor.
Third party guarantee in your education loan may not be accepted for your NZ student visa.
To further clarify let’s say that you have got an education loan and the guarantor in that education loan is your father and your uncle .as per the policy your father is an acceptable sponsor but your uncle is not an acceptable sponsor for your NZ student visa application. So this education loan may not be acceptable by immigration New Zealand for your New Zealand student visa.
