ARA’s NZ Diploma in Hospitality Management Level 5 lets the student to attain the management skills needed in the hospitality sector. Through this the students develop their knowledge and skills for the different roles in the hospitality industry. Along with having the leadership principles, the students learn to deal with the staff with positive attitude, and monitor and maintaining the operating procedures and regarding other compliance requirements. Key areas of this diploma deal with the providing the customer services and to do collaborative work with the team in restaurants, bars, hotel reception, accommodation, barista etc. Moreover, the deep understanding of local and international tourism will be provided and the students will learn about the essential contribution which is required to make for the tourists in the hospitality industry.
This all is granted with the exclusive understanding of the local and international tourism and other essential contribution that tourists make in the hospitality industry. Also, the students will be working as well as per the placement done. This diploma by ARA is compacted with the field trips, online learning, live classes sessions, workshops, projects, industry visits and guest speakers.
