Description:

Masters of Philosophy is one year research programme in which the engineer graduates work to find solutions to the problems that occur in the engineering world. Along with acquiring the engineering skills, the students also work to gain scientific knowledge to solve the real problems of the world, industry and society including the environment.

The students turn into trained engineering professionals and get to work with top industries which are renowned globally.

Eligibility criteria:

Academic

The students who’ve done their Bachelors degree with honours or Masters Degree in the engineering may apply for the Masters of Philosophy in Engineering at Waikato.

English proficiency Score

  1. IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 overall (no less than 6.0 in writing)
  2. iBT (internet based) TOEFL – 90 with a score of 22 in writing
  3. Pearson PTE Academic – 65 with no less than 58 for each communicative skill
