Description:

This is an advanced engineering course that deals with the use of Electro magnetism. The students are made to work on their creativity and design and use integrated circuits, actuators or sensors. The aim of Canterbury is to prepare efficient Electrical and Electronic Engineers that learn to use their creativity at great extent, storing and using electricity, designing and programming the smart systems. The students also learn to do the transformation and transmission of information using the computers and networks.

    Eligibility criteria:

    Academic

    The students who’ve done Bachelor of Engineering with Honours or Bachelor of Science with Honours or have Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering may apply for the Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

    English proficiency Score

    1. IELTS (Academic): Minimum overall score of 6.5, with a minimum of 6.0 in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
    2. TOEFL (IBT): Minimum overall score of 90, with a minimum score of 19 in Reading, Listening and Writing.
    3. PTE (Pearson Test of English – Academic): Overall score of 58 and no communicative skills score below 50.
