The Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (BE(Hons)) is a four-year professional degree accredited by Engineering New Zealand by which the students can work all over the world. Through this degree, the students learn the circuit theory with the digital electronics. This is covered in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Degree while the items related to computers and networking are covered in the Computer Degree.

The University of Canterbury offers this bachelor with minor in Communications and Networking Engineering as well which is meant for the students who’re interested in the internet, computer networks and other types of related communications.

    The students who’ve done their 10+2 in mathematics, physics and chemistry may apply for the Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Computer Engineering at University of Canterbury.

    1. IELTS academic with an overall score of 6.0not less than 5.5 in each.
    2. TOEFL (iBT) total minimum score of 80, minimum 19 required in each
    3. TOEFL PBT with a minimum score of 550
    4. PTE with an overall score of 50 and no PTE communicative skills score below 42
