Description:
Post- Baccalaureate Diploma is more advanced than the undergraduate degree which is alternate to the second degree and takes less time than the second degree. TRU offers same in the tourism management to advance their career and to provide better career opportunities to the students. Through this, students get to know the basic knowledge of the tourism and also advanced their specialized skills.
In the initial year, the diploma focuses on tourism planning, its marketing and related services of provision. They’re made aware of the central issues that occur in the tourism industry as per the natural environment and culture. They also get to experiment with different dimension of the industrial phenomenon.
In the second year, the students through specialization master their skills and also gain the competencies which important for creating, designing, evaluating, operating and understanding the tourism which is important for the contemporary culture.
Course Description
Tourism core — required courses (24 credits)
Specialization – required courses (six credits). Select a total of 6 credits within ADVG activity based courses (1000-2000 level). Examples include kayaking, skiing, rock climbing, ocean surfing, etc.

The students who’ve completed their Bachelors Degree in the relevant field may apply for the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Tourism – Adventure Studies at TRU.

- IELTS 6.5Overall Band Score and not less than 6.0 bands
- TOEFL 88; no section less than 20
