Achieve a good range of functional business skills that will help you to excel in business market of New Zealand.
The course was introduced after discussion with New Zealand businesses to involve the most recent and best business practices and skills. You’ll be able to establish a firm base of business skills that every professional needs. You’ll also be aid from the extra stress on people practices such as global understanding, critical thinking, personal management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Select a strand:
Along with business skills you’ll also be able to select one of two particular strands – Accounting or Leadership and Management:
Accounting:
- It involves recording and handling of financial transactions.
- Analyzing and preparing of financial data such as budgets, financial statements and risk management to see business work.
- Employing tax laws for individuals and businesses.
Leadership and Management:
- Leadership and Management involve planning, work performance and management happenings.
- Handling projects within scope, resources, and time.
- Conferring and optimist influence on others to have the entity’s results.
- Creating the best workplace environment and team involvement.
Career Outcomes:
Accounting strand – Finance administrator, inventory controller, accounts receivable/payable officer. Graduates may also apply to community groups in volunteer accounting programs.
Leadership and Management strand – Manager/leader performs at an operational level within New Zealand business bodies.

Eligibility criteria:
Academic eligibility:
Students are required to complete 10+2 commerce, 10+2 Arts with Maths and economics.
English language proficiency score:
- IELTS score of 5.5 with no less than 5
Speaking, Reading, Writing and listening score required is 5
- TOEFL Score of 46 is required with a writing score of 14
PTE required score is 42
