AUT’s Bachelors in Nursing trains the students with inter-professional skills and care. The Nurses of AUT have been recognized as some of the best in NZ. The students are going to experience the same working environment. The programme includes with the internship in the hospitals for 1,200 hours and in the community as well.
Career Outcomes:
Graduates become Registered Nurse. Nursing registration gives wide scope for specialization in delivering health service and work in organisations allied to the health sector like in acute care nursing (public/private), advanced nursing practice, Health administrator/manager, Administrator of Health and may also work as Lecturer or Researcher in nursing

All applicants with secondary and/or even with higher education may apply for the Bachelors in Nursing at AUT.
English Proficiency Score:
- IELTS 6.5 overall Bands not less than 6.5 in each band.
- TOEFL iBT score of 90
- PTE minimum overall score of 58.
