The Engineers of Electrical and Electronic field harness the forces from electromagnetism to benefit the world from it. The aim of engineers is to provide sustainable power for every sector. Along with this, the students learn the transformation and transmission of information via computers and the networks available for the communication. They are also taught to design new computer and electronic products.
The University of Canterbury offers this degree in engineering with a minor program in power engineering which is extremely beneficial for the Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
