Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, an amalgamation of Waiariki Insititute of Technology and Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, is the third colossal institute of technology in New Zealand. IELTS requirement for international students: For Level 6 and 7, graduate certificate or diploma, the IELTS requirement is 6 bands with no band less than 5.5 while for post graduate qualifications, overall 6.5 bands with no band less than 6 is required.
